Every claim below was measured rather than assumed, and where something falls short it says so.
Every page was checked programmatically rather than spot checked. Text contrast was measured against the computed background of each element, at the thresholds WCAG sets, on all pages at once. There were no failures.
The same sweep checks that each page has exactly one main heading, that headings do not skip levels, that every link and button has a name, and that nothing overflows the screen horizontally at widths from 320 pixels upwards.
Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone. There is a skip link as the first item, so you do not have to tab through the menu on every page.
Focus is always visible. The focus ring uses a deeper shade of the accent colour specifically because the lighter one does not meet the contrast threshold a focus indicator needs.
Content that animates in as you scroll is revealed immediately if you tab into it, so you can never land on something you cannot see.
If your device is set to reduce motion, all of it stops. That is not a reduced version, the motion engine does not run at all and every transform is neutralised.
Nothing on this site loops, flashes or moves without you scrolling. There is no carousel, no video that plays by itself and no parallax.
The site works completely. Reveal styles only apply once the script is running, so a blocked or failed script leaves a fully readable page rather than a blank one. This was verified by removing the script and confirming nothing was hidden.

I have not tested this with a screen reader on real hardware. The markup is structured to work with one, using proper landmarks, headings and labels, but structured correctly and verified with a person are different things and I am not going to claim the second.
The site has not been tested with voice control software or a switch device.
Text can be resized to 200 per cent without loss, which is the requirement, but at very large browser zoom on a narrow phone some headings become tight.
