Why this matters in Eastbourne.
Hospitality, health and trades make up most of what I am asked to build here, and all three live or die on whether somebody can book without phoning. A Launch build includes the enquiry route, the Google Business Profile and the indexing, because a site that looks good and takes no bookings is an expensive leaflet.
I am a short drive from Eastbourne rather than a phone relationship at the other end of the country. I have not named an Eastbourne client here yet, because I only name people who have said yes to it.
02 / In short
What I would do for an Eastbourne business.
The full detail is on the Websites page. What you are buying, in four lines:
- A site built around what you sell, phones first
- Written so Google and the AI assistants can read it
- Your Google Business Profile set up with it
- Live in fourteen days, one round of changes included

I cover the towns around here too.
04 / Questions
The things people worry about asking.
Do you actually work in Eastbourne, or just say you do?
I am based in Forest Row and Eastbourne is within my normal working radius. I can come to you to talk it through at the start, which some people prefer for a first conversation. After that it is email and the odd phone call, because that is quicker for both of us and you can reply when it suits you.
Is this worth it for a business as small as mine in Eastbourne?
Usually yes, and for the opposite reason to the one people expect. A smaller place means fewer businesses competing for the same searches, so a clean, fast site that says what you do puts you ahead of most of the town. You do not need to outspend anyone, you need to be legible.
What do I need to have ready before you start?
Less than you think. Your logo if you have one, some photographs, and a rough idea of what you want people to do when they land. If you do not have any of that, say so and we will work it out together. The fourteen days starts when your content is with me, not before.
What does Websites cost for an Eastbourne business?
Website £400, shop £500, both plus £100 a year. The price is the same wherever you are, because the work is the same. No travel charge, no local premium, and the number goes in writing before you commit to anything.
What if I am not sure what I need yet?
That is the normal state of things and it is not a problem. Tell me what is bothering you about how things are now, in whatever words you have, and I will tell you what I think would help. If the answer is that you do not need me, I will say that.
Tell me what you are thinking.
Two fields are required and you are not committing to anything. Even if you are only half sure, send it. I would rather talk you out of something than sell you the wrong thing.
